At TDM Tech, our trainers play a pivotal role in empowering seniors with the technology skills they need to navigate today’s digital world. Coming from a variety of professional backgrounds such as education, healthcare, and IT, they bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our programs. Patience is the cornerstone of their teaching approach, ensuring that each senior is guided at their own pace, with attention to their unique learning styles.

To maintain consistency and quality, every trainer follows a structured curriculum for each class. This curriculum is displayed to the seniors on laptops or tablets, while trainers also utilize screen mirroring on their phones (both iPhone and Android) so the seniors can follow the steps in real-time. This interactive, hands-on approach helps make complex tasks more accessible.

Diversity is a key strength of our team. Our trainers come from various nationalities, allowing us to offer classes not only in English but also in Spanish and Haitian Creole, ensuring that language is not a barrier to learning. Presently, TDM Tech offers classes in 50 counties across Florida, as well as in Georgia, Tennessee, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama, reaching seniors from all walks of life with technology education that enriches their daily lives.
